Disputes.
Any disputes between yourself and YGP are to be settled by arbitration conducted within the state of Mississippi at a specific location designated by YGP. Any such arbitration shall be conducted consistent with the applicable rules of a nationally recognized arbitration body, although the proceeding need not necessarily be administered by such body. The arbitrator or arbitrators shall not have the authority to award punitive damages of any kind, but may require the losing party to pay the legal expenses of the prevailing party.

YGP will endeavor to refrain from releasing any information, which identifies by true name any user of the YGP website. Provided, however, YGP shall not be liable for any inadvertent release of such information, nor liable for release of any information submitted by you and, inYGP’s reasonable discretion, intended for publication.
